Each of these compassionate and concerned individuals are so alarmed by the ongoing persecution of Christians in Sudan that they recently signed an online petition, sponsored by Safe Harbor International Relief, to President Bush asking for him to make peace in Sudan a top priority. For decades, there has been an ongoing and systematic genocide and enslavement of Christians in Sudan. The Sudanese government has attempted to blatantly annihilate the Christian population that resides in Sudan.
These individuals are compelled by a strong moral obligation to do what is right. They are interested in utilizing any and all tools necessary to draw attention to their cause. They are not only willing to get involved via petitions, but have also shown a willingness to provide large donations of money and time to support persecuted Christians across the globe.
This list is a must test for any Christian, evangelical and missions-oriented mailers. Test this list also for all types of charitable fundraising appeals, especially humanitarian and philanthropic appeals.
