Originally created in 1992, the DENTAL-DEK list has been updated and cleaned continuously. Contact names have been distinguished from facility names, and multiple contacts have been associated with shared offices. The list is continually enhanced with responder data, attendees from major dental trade shows and newly established facilities obtained monthly from every Secretary of State office throughout the nation. Retirees and deceased contacts are removed regularly.
