This file is 100% double opt-in. The file is created from three newsletter websites concentrating in baseball, golf and car racing. These individuals have opted-in to receive the newsletter of choice and email solicitations from third parties. The recipients are also asked to provide demographic and lifestyle information, which gives greater flexibility and high quality data.

~ Cancellations must be in writing before the date of the live broadcast. Cancellation fees may still apply.
~ We are not liable for any loss sustained through use of this list, nor for any special or consequential damages. Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the price of the lists.
