Children's Cancer Project (CCP) donors feel passionately about the health of children. They give generously to help support CCP in it's effort to educate the public of early indications of childhood cancer even before they are old enough to communicate.
CCP was created to fulfill National Cancer Center's desire to provide funds for pediatric cancer research and education. As a program of NCCI, CCP provides grants for the research of treatments and prevention of pediatric oncology as well as community education. NCCI identified that there is a need for more funds in this area of research as pediatric cancers are still significant killers of American children.
