One out of eight women will get breast cancer in their lifetime, and every hour nearly five women die from this disease. Given the critical and all too common occurrence of this form of cancer, the National Cancer Center created the Breast Cancer Project (BCP) to earmark funds specifically for basic research into the causes and potential treatments and cures for this disease.
Sweepstakes donors to the Breast Cancer Project (BCP) are supporting funding for grants focusing on thorough, innovative, and promising studies relating to breast cancer research and prevention. By participating in this charity sweepstakes, these individuals demonstrate their desire to help find a cure for the disease and educate the public about breast cancer.
These donors are excellent prospects for other sweepstakes offers and fundraising appeals, as well general merchandise and gift catalog offers. |
