The Texas Concealed Handgun Association (TCHA) Dedicated Email List allows marketers to reach instructors, law enforcement personnel and concerned citizens who can legally carry a concealed weapon in the state of Texas. Membership is open to anyone who is not prohibited from purchasing a handgun in the U.S. and must pass a criminal history background check through DPS. Members in this list are in need of products and services ranging from ammunition to shooting range facilities.
Subscriber Profile:
DPS oversees the License to Carry (LTC) program within Texas by evaluating and monitoring those currently licensed to ensure they continue to meet eligibility. Instructors are also required to receive certification through the department of public safety in order to instruct and train individuals who wish to carry a concealed gun. Individuals carry a handgun to protect their homes, lives, loved ones and property. The objectives of TCHA is to promote firearms safety, ownership and use in Texas communitiesand support the right of responsible, law-abiding citizens to own, keep and lawfully carry firearms for personal protection. These members are often generous donors to causes and organization protecting personal gun rights. They need products and services to enhance their lifestyles, gun safety and personal fulfillment.
