The Pennsylvania School Counselor Association (PSCA) Email List allows marketers to reach elementary, middle school and high school counselors committed to helping students achieve academic success, make positive lifestyle and career choices, and address personal and social needs of all students. The association’s goal is to expand the image and influence of school counselors throughout Pennsylvania, promote ethical practices and to advocate for equity for all students.
