Retail Market Professionals is comprised of decision making executives who have the authority to make purchases for a wide variety of products and services for their companies. Retailers are involved in the process of selling consumer goods or services to customers to earn a profit. Retailers are responsible for a large percent of the overall U. S. economy. These retailers are independently owned and operated or chain and franchise owned operators.
The needs of a retail operator, both small and large, are multi-faceted. Not only do they have the need for marketable product(s) to sell both at a store and /or virtual store level but they also have areas of need in warehousing, IT, display, HR, safety and operations at the front and/or back-end.
They attend markets and shows to buy and expand product line. They are constantly looking for new manufacturers and wholesalers to help increase their bottom line. Their need to stay current in a rapidly changing industry make them excellent prospects for national and regional publications, seminars and education programs, credit card offers.
