The National Constitution Center (NCC) is the first and only institution in America established by Congress to “disseminate information about the United States Constitution on a non-partisan basis in order to increase the awareness and understanding of the Constitution among the American people.” It was established under the Constitution Heritage Act which signed by President Ronald Reagan in 1988.
Located in Philadelphia, PA, NCC serves as an interactive museum; a hub of civic education; and a national town hall for constitutional dialogue, regularly hosting government leaders, journalists, scholars, and celebrities for public discussions including presidential debates.
Donors support the non-partisan mission and efforts towards bringing the United States Constitution to life by hosting interactive exhibits and constitutional conversations and inspiring active citizenship by celebrating the American constitutional tradition. |
