Our Senior lists are built using more sources than any other senior database in the United States. Our data is generated from a variety of sources, including phone directories, surveys, U.S. Census Data, voter registration, product and warranty information, credit card transactions, mail order purchases, real estate, and magazine subscriptions, as well as deed and transactional data. To ensure accuracy, we update our lists monthly through USPS® National Change of Address (ncoa®) and CASS Certification.

SENIOR DATA COMPILATION AND DELIVERABILITY
Our Senior Citizen Database is compiled at the individual level as well as at the household level, which assures you better quality data. Our entire list is continuously updated with new, proprietary data sources to ensure completeness and “selectablity.” Furthermore, our entire senior master file is also standardized, using our proprietary USPS processing on a monthly basis. This includes passing our database through National Change of Address (ncoa®Link®), Locatable Address Conversion System (LACSLink®), and Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS®). These address quality processes help us ensure that our list will perform at the highest level of deliverability for our clients.
For years, our senior database has been compiled using the most advanced technology and industry standards to ensure that we deliver senior marketing information – unmatched in quality – to our clients. We process our entire senior database against the Direct Marketing Association’s national “Do Not Mail” suppression file, a national deceased database provided by the Social Security Administration (SSA). |
