The active home improvement professionals in this file have completed an EPA Certified Training Course teaching the lead-safety practices required to ensure environmentally safe renovations for all work done on pre-1978 housing, schools and other specified buildings.

Cancel Charges:
All orders cancelled prior to the mail date will incur a 50.00 flat cancellation fee, 15.00/M run charges, media plus applicable shipping charges. No cancellations will be accepted after the mail date.

Restrictions:
- Sample Mail Piece Required for List Owner Approval.
- Html and / or text creative must be pre-approved by list owner
- List is rented for one time use, please inquire for reuse pricing and multi-use pricing.
- Reuse orders must be pre-cleared and approved.
- Telemarketing orders require a current script for list owner approval.
