The American College of Cardiology (ACC) is the leading medical society and teaching institution for U.S. cardiovascular health care professionals. Nurtured by the College's team-based approach to cardiovascular care, the Cardiac Care Associate membership group has had exceptional growth, reaching over 4,200 members since their inception in 2003. The CCAs are comprised of professional types including Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Registered Nurses, Clinical Pharmacists and Physician Assistants.

- Publicity for professional workshops, courses, and symposia.
- Promotional materials for publications and informational resources.
- Marketing of relevant pharmaceuticals, products and devices.
- Announcements of position vacancies.
ACC’s mail list MAY NOT be rented for:
- Promotional materials unrelated to the field of cardiovascular medicine.
- Surveys, membership recruitment or related promotions for external organizations.
- Use of member names and addresses for on-site visits to members' homes/offices for any reason.
- Any political or political campaign purpose.
- Any program that is in direct conflict with an ACC program – defined as any program on the same subject as an ACC program, in the same geographic region, which takes place within thirty (30) days, before or after, the ACC program.
