The American Lung Association has a broad and responsive customer base. This Masterfile is used to create Good Customer Match Models. The ALA builds a model and creates an equation based on these names. ALA then provides mailers with a gains chart which is used as a forecast tool to select names. The gains chart will be segmented and an expected response will be provided for each segment.
Good Customer Match Model (ie Profile Analysis):
Mailer Pulls a 100,000 name cross-section of their best customers and sends them to ALA's Modeler. ALA's Modeler matches the names to ALA's Active Donors and creates the profile analysis equation. ALA supplies mailer with a summary and class ranking of the profile analysis
Minimum quantity required 100,000 best customers. Quantity commitment requirement 100,000/year. Turn around time for model build 4 weeks.
