Executive Directory of Marketing Staff Members allows you to target individuals that are part of a marketing staff in businesses, corporations, or firms. Marketing staffs consist of a variety of employees, all of whom share a common goal--promoting the company's brand. Members of the marketing staff need to work together, finding a way to create interest in their company's products and services. They work in many industries and are considered to hold important roles in the success of their company. All need to be in tune with what is trendy, and considerably innovative in their work.

Marketing staff members are responsible for all marketing tasks and projects. There are many different marketing staff positions in a company and organization. There are Marketing Mangers, Marketing Coordinators, Graphic Designers, Advertising and Promotion, and Public Relations. These marketing staff positions work together in implementing a marketing strategy to promote their business’s products or services. With the help of product development managers and market research, marketing can estimate the demand for products and services offered by the firm and its competitors and identify potential markets for the firm’s products. A marketing staff can also develop pricing strategies to help firms maximize profits and market share while ensuring that the firms' customers are satisfied. In collaboration with sales, product development, and other managers, they monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services and they oversee product development.

For marketing, sales, and promotions management positions, employers often prefer a 4 year bachelor's or master's degree in business administration with an emphasis on marketing. Courses in business law, management, economics, accounting, finance, mathematics, and statistics are advantageous. In addition, the completion of an internship while the candidate is in school is highly recommended. In highly technical industries, such as computer and electronics manufacturing, a bachelor's degree in engineering or science, combined with a master's degree in business administration.

The marketing staff purchases promotional brochures, banners, signage and marketing incentive items like calendars, can coolers, coupons, duffel bags, hats, key chains, lanyards, magnets, memo clips, mouse pads, paper weights, pencils, pens, pins, sport bottles, sticky notes, stress ball, t/shirts, wristbands and yo-yo’s. They also purchase office supplies, computers, marketing design software, dry erase boards, easel stands, easel pads, sketch pads, portfolio covers, and desk organizers.
