The NetQoS Performance Center web-based management dashboard gives a top-down view of all applications—data, video and voice—on WAN networks. It gives insight into three key metrics used in WAN management. These metrics are: end-to-end response time, traffic analysis and device performance.
NetQoS SuperAgent, the end-to-end performance monitoring module of the NetQoS Performance Center, tracks and measures user response time—without desktop or server agents. It monitors all the TCP application packets from the network into the data center and out again providing a way to measure round trip time, server response time, data transfer time, among other metrics.
NetQoS ReporterAnalyzer, the traffic analysis module of the NetQoS Performance Center, allows network and IT professionals to understand how application traffic is impacting network performance. ReporterAnalyzer is the recognized industry standard for flow-based reporting and the first product to harvest a rich set of traffic statistics from Cisco NetFlow and IPFIX enabled routers and switches.
