Economic activity in Colombia & Peru continues to grow at a steady rate.
Peru has remained the fastest growing economy in Latin America since 2007 and Colombia’s forecasted GDP growth continues to get bumped up on a regular basis. Improved regulations, relative insulation from the global financial crisis, a growing middle class, improved mortgage markets, re-stabilizing of the commodities markets, the establishment of new trade agreements and massive infrastructure investments continue to drive investment in Colombia & Peru.
