Our database is one of the largest and cleanest in existence in the USA, and has been around for over 30 years.
We NCOA all data shortly after acquisition (usually within 48 hours) and on a rolling 8 week schedule (i.e. we do 1/8 every week). We also do significant hygiene operations on all new data. As a result we average approximately a 95-98% data accuracy rate on all but very old vehicles.
We offer fast, personalized service, quick turnaround of counts and orders, great pricing, and fantastic value for your direct mail dollars! We can provide you with access to run your own counts, and for larger, higher volume, established clients, we can explore you running your own orders or installing our data on your own servers. We can accomodate special requests and services, such as VIN matching, household multiple vehicle counts, unique report formats, etc. at low or no extra cost. We can append Black Book values, phone numbers, and a wide variety of consumer demographic data through partners. We are very flexible and do our programming in-house, enabling us to create unique, valuable, custom lists that fit our clients' exact needs.
We do not charge extra for most selects, or for most services. Our pricing model is very "flat" without a lot of extras that "add up".
For phone numbers on the DNC list, we do require proof of appropriate DNC licensing (SAN), and VIN data will only be released in conformance with existing law.
We do NOT buy data from the DMV, and our data complies with DPPA, the Shelby Act and all other applicable laws.
