Save the Redwoods Members/Donors are people interested in preserving the expanse of coast redwoods, as well as redwoods ecosystems.
Purchasing and protecting ancient forests has been at the heart of the League's mission since 1918. With donations from generous members, the League has protected over 200,000 acres of forestland.
The League's objective since its formation has been to ensure that these ancient forests survive and flourish forever. Year after year, the support of individuals, public service organizations, private foundations, and the state of California have enabled the League to help build an unparalleled system of over 65 redwood parks and preserves.
