The database is being refreshed every quarter. New companies are added by extensive trawling of a raft of offline and online industry specific publications and weblogs.
Email bounce backs from the preceding quarter are interrogated to establish whether a company continues to trade, whether there has been a change in personnel, change in the URL, a change in ownership or simply a change in the email address. Corrections are made accordingly.
