Fulltime Waterfront Homeowners Mailing List

This list is created by a unique process of extracting names and addresses that surround a body of water. Age, Income, Dwelling type, Children in the home, Boat ownership are all available through this file. Reach these affulent hard to reach households. E mails are available on a limited basis. This is a double Opt in program. The file is created using the Zip+4 to identify homes surrounding a body of water. This file is NOT 100% complete. If the zip+4 centroid is further than 300 or 950 ft from the waterline, those homes in that segment will NOT be lincluded. Also, since the zip+4 will include homes across the street or up the street there will be some non-water front homes in the databasel. Tests have been run, and this process will eliminate 80% of the non-waterfront homes when compared to using postal carrier routes or census tracts to identify waterfront homes.
