An idle hand doesn’t describe these Craft and Hobby Buffs. In fact, when these busy hobbyists are not quilting, scrapbooking or working with their woodworking tools, they are out shopping for supplies via catalogs, the Internet and retail stores. Crafts in general have a large following due to a renewed interest in all things “homemade”. Craft fairs, woodworking shows and crafting classes are another way these avid Craft and Hobby Buffs get to practice their art, get new ideas, learn new techniques and make new friends. There is a wonderful camaraderie that exists between fellow crafters. They are also happy to pay lots of money to keep up their crafting supply stash! The Craft and Hobby Buffs average age is 45+, they own a single family dwelling unit and usually have an extra room in their homes solely devoted to their hobby.
