Large mailers – especially those ordering by SCF – oftentimes cannot mail to smaller lists because of limited availability in the SCF to which they are mailing. But for the very reason that they are under-appreciated, smaller lists can be untapped goldmines for mailers looking for new lists to test.
Some “masterfiles” (compilations of smaller lists) make renting smaller lists a more simple endeavor for large mailers.
