This consumer database is made up of
individuals or couples from Victoria, New
South Wales and Queensland who requested an
invitation to a seminar on negative gearing
and investment or mortgage elimination and tax
saving.
Each contact is pre-qualified before they
receive a seminar invitation in the mail. To
be eligible to attend the free seminar/s they
must own or be purchasing their own home, earn
over $35,000 per annum and be aged between 25
years and 55 years of age. Not all people who
were provided invitations actually attended
the seminar.
The list owner conducts, on average 3-5
seminars per week therefore new records are
continually added.
