This file is 100% opt-in. The file is created from many Can-Spam compliant opt-in websites. These individuals have opted-in to receive email solicitation from third parties. In addition, the recipients have asked to provide additional demographic and lifestyle information, which gives greater and high quality data.

~ We believe that the information contained in the database is, or will be as current, accurate, and complete as is commercially reasonable.
~ Two creative tests are allowed prior to the live broadcast. If three or more tests are requested, a $150 flat fee will be charged for each additional test.

~ A List Rental Agreement must be signed prior to transmission of the email broadcast.

~ Prepayment is required without prior credit approval.

~ Payment in full is required within 30 days of our invoice.
~ Cancellations must be in writing before the date of the live broadcast. Cancellation fees may still apply.
~ We are not liable for any loss sustained through use of this list, nor for any special or consequential damages. Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the price of the lists.
