Description: The originial Active Duty Personnel providers since 1995. A unique file of military personnel at their home/base address. These are great prospects for credit, education, security and computer merchandise offers. The file is selectable by geo, base name, branch of service, gender and rank. Multi-sourced file. File is updated quarterly.
- 1.5 times the rental rate if ordered initially; unlimited use is 2.5 times the rental rate.
- Orders already processed and canceled are subject to a cancellation fee of $75.00 and running charges of $7.50/M plus selection charges, output and shipping fees. No cancellations allowed after the mail date.
- Any counts given are estimates only, therefore list manager, will not be responsible for print quantity variations, etc., based on counts.
- PREPAYMENT required on all first time orders and mailers. Established clients bill net 30 days from the invoice date.
- There is a delivery/distribution rule that was initated by the Air Force and is apparently sometimes adopted by other branches of the military. This rule states that it is up to the discretion of the individual at the specific military post office installation whether or not to deliever similar pieces from the same company if they are in excess of 50 pieces per day. We cannot determine with what frequency this occurs or specifically where it is enforced if at all.
