Orders cancelled/cutback after shipment must be approved in writing by list owner/manager. All orders cancelled after mail date will be subject to payment at full rental price. Telemarketing is not allowed. Mailers may request permission for on-time email contact to NFCR Donors to supplement a postal mailing by paying the surcharge noted above. This surcharge will be assessed per thousand names delivered on the postal order, regardless of email match rate or merge output, and email creative must be submitted for approval. Permission for email does not in any way imply a relationship or endorsement between NFCR and Mailer and all Can-Spam rules must be adhered to. NFCR cannot be mentioned in any donor communication. Mailer must obtain their own email append and prospect opt-in source. |
