The Companions of St. Anthony is a ministry of the Our Lady of the Angels Province of Franciscan Friars Conventual. we are the friars and their friends, who share a common bond inspired by the life and values of St. Anthony Padua.
Together we give glory to God through living the values which were so dear to St. Anthony: Love for the Eucharist;
knowledge of Scripture; reconciliation and penance as part of the Christian journey; prayer; devotion to Mary, the
mother of God; and opportunites for Christian giving.
Under the patronage of St. Anthony of Padua, the community fosters devotion to St. Anthony of Padua through their direct mail program titled The Companions of St. Anthony.
The friars also serve in a multitude of ministries including: parishes; counselors, administrators and teachers in secondary schools, seminaries and universities; campus ministly; a domestic mission in Alabama and foreign missions in Kenya, Ghana, Honduras, Philippines, and Japan.
In addition, there is a weekly religious/devotional radio program presently in its 69th year of production that is broadcast in 65 cities in the U.S. and Canada; and evangelization and apologetic works in print, audio and video media.
