EverLeads is a continuously-updated database of new business contacts created at the starting point of each business entity. These entrepreneurs have just completed the first step to starting their businesses by registering and/or incorporating their business in his/her state.  This file is sourced through direct data feeds from Secretary of State offices as soon as they make the data available.  

To ensure that this file is only populated with the actual contacts at these new startups, Everleads runs each record through proprietary processing to remove registered agent information (e.g., attorneys, CPA’s and other registering agents) as well as records that are not full time-businesses.   Commercial and home-based businesses can also be identified and selected.
