The most common question we get is “What is the source for your data?” Without disclosing proprietary data identification techniques we are glad to share some insight on our methods. We start by identifying the company and the technology, and then we build out the record from that point. What makes our product unique is our ability to identify the specific applications, technology and behaviors in use by any specific organization rather than the contact data.
The majority of our data comes from specific information authored by the organization we are profiling. If you write a blog, article, twitter, or other documentation sharing your experience with recently installed software for example, we could logically draw the conclusion that you use that specific software. If you identify an application, or hardware that is exclusive to a single technology that also would be an identifier.
All of our data is guaranteed and email addresses are validated continually. We ensure there are virtually no gmail, AOL, hotmail, etc., type email addresses included – only corporate email addresses. Any email addresses that bounce within 30 days of list delivery will be corrected or replaced at no charge.
